"Oh no! I've been spotted!"
Unlike Gina, El Tyberoso will not always wander about the apartment when I'm there. My sightings of him are much less frequent and usually pretty brief.
Case in point - he came out this morning to squawk for attention and ambled around the living room, focusing in on receiving loving. For about 4 minutes. Then he ran back to his cave.
The appearance this morning was short enough that there wasn't any photo opportunity.

Um... Not to Counteract Jess...
Meet Tybbie
This is Tybbie:
[Tybbie is displeased about being caught on camera. Photo by Gina.]
Tybbie, in the tradition of the Northwest region, is not unlike Sasquatch. A shy creature, he is rarely seen during the day and when he does make appearances it is almost exclusively late at night and in the early morning. He does, however, leave little bits of proof around the apartment that he is more than just myth. We're in the process of attempting to socialize him and will be tracking his appearances (or lackthereof) here. Think of him as Harry.
Until we manage to make him a social critter, he is the Urban Sasquatch.
